HEAT EXCHANGERS With the characteristics of compact structure, light weight and high heat transfer efficiency, the aluminum plate fin heat exchanger is widely used in various industries such as industrial gas separation plant, LNG plant, petrochemical, transportation and refrigeration plant etc. Bochi has rich experiences and strong capabilities in designing and manufacturing aluminum brazed plate fin heat exchangers, which is a production base of heat exchangers in China. We can also design and manufacture tubular heat exchangers as per the customer’s requirements, such as tubular heat exchanger, finned tube, fin tube, coil wound and internal finned tube etc. The multi-stream high pressure coil wound heat exchanger (with the design pressure of 20Mpa above, overall size of d3000×22000, tonnage of 90t above) has been approved as new “Technical Renovation Project” by China National Trade & Economic Committee, which can be widely used for large fertilizer plant, large air separation plant and LNG plant to substitute imported products with its advanced technology and reliable quality.

High Pressure Coil-wound Heat Exchanger is made up from multi-layers tubes with certain spire angle concentrically, including heat exchanging tubes of various specifications, pad bars, center cylinder, tube-sheets and shells, and assembly by welding.

Designers made stress analysis of limited elements with software and got feedback of the actual running date, through more than ten times running of high pressure coil-wound heat exchangers, the result was satisfaction. High pressure coil-wound heat exchanger mainly consists of center cylinder, pad bar and tube sheet, heat exchanging tube bundle being formed with certain spire angle with many obvious advantages such as high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, high pressure, large processing flow, multi-streams heat transfer and good heat compensation performance.

Applicability

Owing to the special structure, high pressure coil-wound heat exchanger is capable of high pressure. The heat exchanger made by our company with design pressure of 32 MPa. was widely used for large fertilizer plant, large air separation plant, LNG plant, coal chemical field, ethane industries.

Manufacture and examination

We hold he design and manufacturing licenses for Class A1;A2 Pressure vessels, ASME Certificate and "U" stamp, also has the Quality Guarantee System and GRADE I National Measurement Department. From the first set of HP coil-wound heat exchanger successful, we have strictly controlled for fabrication procedure, technical preparation, personnel training and material control, welding procedure, forming and assembly of bundles; assembly of heat exchanger as well. We have made special coil-wound machine and tooling models.
