12 serie marine diesel engine is highly structured,and has a good reliability,a good regidity,a long life span,a high performance and low fuel consumption.
D12 engine has features as belows:
Fixed flanged pump.
Equiped with the electric control pump or common-rail pump for different working condition.
Each cylinder has a cylinder head,4 valve intake and exhaust structure,and it is easy for dismounting.
Concealed oil cooler,reliable.
Gear train is arranged at the fly wheel side,reducing the noise and increasing the reliability.
Water outlet in the block with frame-type main bearing structure.
Mid-turbocharged system,compact.
All serie engines have 6 cylinder,highly in common.
Has a double circulation cooling system as WD615 serie,with the intercooler above the bell housing.
Power output end has the same size as WD615 serie.
